Technology, Capacity and Community Development for Inclusive Impact
Africommunity Technology Development Centre (ATDC) is a Nigerian non-governmental organisation working to strengthen individuals, civil society organisations and communities through technology, capacity development, social inclusion and community-focused initiatives.
ATDC works at the intersection of technology, organisational development, youth empowerment, civil society strengthening and community development, supporting people and organisations to access knowledge, develop practical skills, build connections and create opportunities for positive social and economic change.
ATDC holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC).

WHAT WE DO
ATDC develops and supports initiatives that respond to practical needs within communities and the civil society sector.
Technology & Digital Empowerment
We promote the use of digital technology and practical digital skills to improve access to information, learning, communication, participation and economic opportunities.
Capacity Development
We support individuals, NGOs and community-based organisations to strengthen their knowledge, skills, systems and organisational capacity.
Areas may include organisational development, project planning, leadership, communication, digital tools, resource mobilisation, monitoring and evaluation, and other practical skills.
Youth Empowerment
ATDC supports initiatives that create opportunities for young people to develop skills, participate in community development and explore pathways to social and economic opportunity.
Civil Society Strengthening
We support stronger civil society engagement by encouraging networking, knowledge sharing, collaboration and access to relevant information and opportunities.
Peace, Social Inclusion & Community Development
ATDC supports initiatives that promote peaceful communities, social inclusion, participation and community-led approaches to development.
Partnerships & Collaboration
We work with organisations, institutions, professionals and other stakeholders where collaboration can contribute to meaningful community and development outcomes.
AFRICOM AND ANNGO
Facilitating the Abuja Network of NGOs
ATDC is the initiating and facilitating organisation behind the Abuja Network of NGOs (ANNGO).
ANNGO was developed to provide a platform through which NGOs and civil society organisations in Abuja can connect, share knowledge, identify opportunities, develop partnerships and strengthen their collective engagement.
Through ANNGO, ATDC facilitates networking and collaboration among organisations while maintaining ANNGO’s identity as an Abuja-based NGO networking platform.
ANNGO is one of the platforms through which ATDC contributes to civil society networking and organisational strengthening.
